Peterolia ON - Oil Springs ON - "Oil Capitol" of Ontario

 

We enjoyed a relaxing lunch here then wandered around the town.

Before Petrolia, we visited the Oil Museum south of here and passed through Oil City en route.

 

The smell of crude oil was strong throughout this area as oil is being pumped out of the ground.  It is transported to Sarnia for processing.
